UnsubscribeMe is a self-improvement and habit-tracking app designed to help users reduce or quit destructive digital habits, including pornography consumption, impulsive content subscriptions, and other dopamine-driven behaviors.
The app may include features such as:
- A structured 90-Day Reset Journey
- Clean day and streak tracking
- Trigger and relapse awareness tools
- Time and money awareness tracking
- Daily accountability check-ins
- Nero GPT, a private AI-based coaching and support chat
UnsubscribeMe is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use UnsubscribeMe.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription, which is processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases.
By subscribing, you understand:
- Payments are handled by Apple, not Lavoro Group LLC
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies
- We do not store or process payment information
6. User Content

- Habit progress
- Messages sent to Nero GPT
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant UnsubscribeMe permission to store and process your content only to operate and improve the app.
